Buttermilk pancake recipe

Mix 1/4 c sugar, , 3/2 t baking powder, 3/2 t baking soda, 2 c flour, then 2 eggs, 1/4 c oil, and 2 c buttermilk. Fry on preheated pam'ed pan until bubbles appear near edge, then flip and fry an equal time. Serve with butter, jam, and honey.
