Slice chicken. Coat with 4 T cornstarch in ziplock. Add 2 T soy sauce, 1/2 t ground ginger, 1/4 t garlic powder. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Stir-fry garlic and chicken 5 minutes. Then separately stir-fry broccoli, celery, carrots, green peppers, and onion 5 minutes. Add 1 c water and 1 t chicken bouillon. Return chicken to pan. Cook until thickened. Serve over rice.
