Poppy seed chicken casserole

Boil 4 chicken breasts; dice and spread in baking pan. Mix 1 can of chicken or mushroom soup with 8 oz of yogurt or sour cream and spread atop chicken. Crush a tube of Ritz and spread atop. Sprinkle poppy seeds and a half stick of melted butter. Bake 30+ minutes at 350 until bubbling. Serve atop rice.
