Stir Fried Collard Greens recipe

Wash 2 pounds fresh collard greens and bunch together. Roll each bunch tightly, and cut crosswise into thin strips. Wash and drain the strips. Heat 3 T olive oil in a wok, and cook 1 minced onion and 2 cloves minced garlic, stirring until lightly browned. Add strips and stir fry for 5 minutes until soft.
