One pan Chili Relleno recipe
Brown 1 pound ground beef and 1 c sliced onion. Add 1/2 cup water, 1 beef bouillon cube, 1 T chili powder, 2 t garlic powder, 1/4 t salt, and 2 sliced green peppers. Simmer covered 10 minutes. Stir in 4 oz shredded cheddar and 3 oz shredded mozzarella. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes. 24 net carbs
